About Me.

Hi! I’m Lynsey, and I’m really excited to help you through this incredibly exciting and challenging moment! Post-partum fitness and wellness is incredibly important to me, and I’ve developed this business and these programmes after personally struggling to find the fitness and wellness support I needed after giving birth.

You should read my story - hopefully what you’ll notice, whether you’ve had a similar journey or a completely different one, is that it’s really hard to know what to do and what to expect in those weeks and months and years after giving birth, as we get to know the changes in our bodies. That’s the reason that I do this today.
