I’m a personal trainer based in Glasgow helping mamas through pregnancy, postpartum and parenting, and focusing on exercise, wellness and self care.

I’ll help you navigate the changes your body has experienced, throughout pregnancy, postpartum or parenting, no matter what stage you’re at.

We don’t focus on shrinking the body or losing weight - we focus on empowering the body, and building strength through exercise to equip you to deal with life to the fullest.
